Academic Dux
The prestigious academic award of Dux Litterarum went to Max Annear-Henderson who needed a tray to carry the 12 Trophies and prizes he won on the night. Going on to study Mechatronics next year at Massey, Max just wanted to "thank my teachers and parents".The night was fittingly finished with a duet by Year 13 students Rongomai and Mara. As the audience reflected on the time and effort spent at Freyberg High School, Rongomai and Mara sang "In knowing you, I am made better."
